Seem GI blotches looks quite noticeable in wall (face to windows/doors), low quality setting/test short time render?. Another thing, I click it n look at it in large size, then AA has got problem, too (diagonal edges looks quite unsmooth in original size)... that's what I see, just say personal idea.

one other small thing layout wise. the bathroom to bedroom path runs across the entrance corridor. so if you are walking from the shower, nude, to your bedroom you might startle any visitors.

Dude, you've got to add a wall between kitchen and living room, or you'll never ever get rid of the cooking smelly.
