我目前在学习SolidWorks,对3dmax只是有一点了解。看了您的作品,我想我该学学3dmax了。
though i know 3dmax is very good, i am learning solidworks for i am a mechanical engineer at school.saw your great works,i think i should set aside some time for 3dmax.

hey onno, ive been going through your tutorialsover the past day or so to brush on my max basics, and i have to say i agree with everyone on here wehn they sayyou are a god, tutorials are in depth and easy to follow. very good

anyway to my real reason for posting this comment... are your video files embedded?if so what is the average file size and how come they run so smoothly and yet you loose no qulaity...thank you again for all your wonderful work.

Admin Edit: They're Quicktimes... does that count as embedded? :)
Average size is like 5-8 MB I think, even for the 30-second ones. Very small.

Love stills and the animation. Question: How did you do the appearing animation.? Ex: IN the vaccum as the seconds past the vaccum starts building itself. I hope I made my self clear.

*Edit: 95% of all animations like that, were done using an animated 'Slice' modifier. Some were done using animated booleans. All very basic and easy to do, but the result is very nice, I have to agree. :)
